Build

Frontend Developer

Jaipur HQ or remote · Full-time · 1–3 years

Open

You will build the interfaces our clients are judged on — marketing sites, product platforms and portals in React and Next.js, working from a design system rather than a screenshot.

What you will do

  • Turn Figma files into accessible, responsive components that match the design to the pixel.
  • Hold a performance budget: Core Web Vitals in the green before a build ships.
  • Work directly with the designer and the accountable lead — no ticket-relay.

What we look for

  • Strong JavaScript and CSS fundamentals, plus real project work in React or Next.js.
  • A feel for layout, spacing and type — you notice when something is two pixels off.
  • Comfort with Git, code review and reading someone else’s components.

Build

MERN Stack Developer

Jaipur HQ or remote · Full-time · 2–5 years

Open

End-to-end product work on MongoDB, Express, React and Node — APIs, dashboards, integrations and the deployment that follows them.

What you will do

  • Design and build REST or GraphQL APIs with authentication, validation and audit logs.
  • Integrate the things that pay the bills: payment gateways, WhatsApp Business, courier and KYC APIs.
  • Own your features into production, including the monitoring that tells us they still work.

What we look for

  • Solid Node and Express, MongoDB or PostgreSQL modelling, and confident React on the front end.
  • You write code someone else can pick up — clear naming, small functions, a readable commit history.
  • Bonus: Docker, cloud deployment on AWS or Azure, or queue and webhook experience.

Design

Product Designer

Jaipur hybrid · Full-time · 2–5 years

Open

Own the experience end to end: research, flows, prototypes and a tokenised design system that maps one-to-one to what our engineers build.

What you will do

  • Take a business problem to flows, wireframes and a clickable prototype before production code starts.
  • Maintain design systems in Figma — tokens, components, states, dark mode.
  • Sit with engineers through build so the shipped screen looks like the file.

What we look for

  • A portfolio of shipped product work, not just dribbble-style visuals.
  • Fluency in Figma, a real grasp of typography, hierarchy and accessible colour.
  • You can explain a design decision in terms of the user and the metric it moves.

Growth

Marketing Intern

Jaipur HQ · Internship, 6 months · Stipend + PPO potential

Open

A working apprenticeship in performance marketing, SEO and content — on live client accounts, with a senior reviewing everything you publish.

What you will do

  • Keyword research, on-page SEO work and technical SEO checks alongside our engineers.
  • Draft blogs, landing-page copy and social posts, then watch what the numbers do.
  • Help build the weekly client reports and learn to read GA4 without guessing.

What we look for

  • Clear written English and genuine curiosity about why people click.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and a habit of checking your own work.
  • Final-year student or recent graduate who wants to learn measurement, not vanity metrics.

Hiring process

Four steps, about ten days

No unpaid trial projects, no eight-round marathons, and a written answer either way.

Send your work

CV plus anything real — a repository, a live site, a portfolio, a campaign you ran. We read it within three business days.

Conversation, not quiz

Forty-five minutes with the lead you would work under, walking through your own past work and how you made decisions in it.

03

A short paid exercise

A scoped task close to real work, capped at a few hours and paid. You keep the output either way.

04

Offer and start

Offer within two days of the exercise, a named buddy, and a first task on a live account in week one.
