Senior people, actually
The engineers in your kickoff call are the engineers who write the code. No junior bench swapped in after the pitch.
Who we are
Zentek Network is a cross-disciplinary engineering and design partner. Small senior teams, transparent delivery, and systems built to outlive the project that created them.
Who we are
Zentek Network is a cross-disciplinary engineering and design partner. We exist to make ambitious technology decisions feel low-risk: small senior teams, transparent delivery, and systems built to outlive the project that created them.
From a four-person studio in Jaipur to a 16-strong team serving clients across 20+ countries, our method has not changed — understand the business, ship the smallest valuable thing, then compound it.
Our story
“Show the client working software every second week — everything else is commentary.” The rule we started with on day one, 2023
Zentek Network began in 2023 as four engineers sharing one office room, a single monitor stand and a stubborn belief that most software fails for organisational reasons, not technical ones.
We took on the work bigger agencies avoided — legacy migrations, half-finished platforms, payment flows that had to reconcile to the paisa. That work taught us how to scope honestly, how to write documentation someone else can actually use, and how to say no to a feature that will not pay for itself.
Three years later the studio runs from Jaipur with delivery pods on rotation across six Indian cities. Sixteen specialists — engineers, designers, cloud and support, content and growth — work in small senior-only pods with one accountable lead per engagement. The team has grown; the operating rule has not.
The scoreboard so far: 250+ projects delivered, 23 running right now, clients in 20+ countries, ₹100 lakh of revenue booked since launch and 99.3% client retention — built by a team that works six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
We are deliberately mid-sized. Big enough to staff an enterprise migration, small enough that the person who scoped your project is still in the room at launch.
Average tenure in the studio is already 2.4 years and every engagement gets a named lead who stays from scoping call to handover. We hire for judgement over tool lists — the stack changes, the ability to ask the right question in week one does not.
What we stand for
These are not posters on a wall. Each one shows up in how we scope, staff and invoice work.
The engineers in your kickoff call are the engineers who write the code. No junior bench swapped in after the pitch.
Every second week you get something you can click, test and show internally — not a status report about progress.
Repositories, cloud accounts, pipelines and documentation are yours from day one. Leaving us should be easy.
Load times, conversion, cost per environment, uptime. We agree the metric before we start and report against it.
Least-privilege access, secret management, dependency scanning and quarterly access reviews come as standard.
If a feature will not earn its cost, we say so in writing before it enters the estimate. Smaller invoices, longer relationships.
How we work
The same rhythm whether it is a landing page or a multi-country platform migration — one accountable lead from the first call to the final handover.
We start by learning your commercial goal, the audience you are trying to reach and the constraints nobody puts in a brief. You leave the first stage with a written scope, a measurable success metric and a plan you could hand to any team — including the price band and the names of the people who will build it.
Our designers turn that plan into flows, screens and a clickable prototype in your brand language, with a tokenised design system behind it. You click through the real journey and change your mind while it is still cheap — before a single production component is written.
Senior engineers build the approved design into a responsive, scalable product — hand-written code, a component library you own, and a demo on a real environment every second week. Nothing is outsourced, and the repository sits in your account from the first commit.
Before anything reaches your audience it goes through a full test pass across devices, browsers and failure paths, then a go-live checklist with monitoring and runbooks. We stay on watch for thirty days after launch and tune the product against the metric we agreed in stage one.
Send a two-line brief on WhatsApp or the enquiry form. You get a senior reply within one business day — scope, timeline and an honest price band, no discovery invoice.
Why clients choose us
Most studios sound the same in a pitch. The difference shows up in week three — who is writing the code, how fast you see something real, and what you own at the end. Here is our side of the table, in writing.
Who actually builds it
Time to first working screen
How you are billed
Who owns the result
What happens after launch
How wide the team goes
How fast you get answers
Ask us for a written scope, a fixed price and two client references before you commit anything.
